Phone Support

Vermont DHIA is proud to provide free phone support to members, technicians, and consultants! Support is available during both regular office hours and extended hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

After-hours support is provided via an on-call rotation among our support staff. Feel free to call any of the support staff or our main office to find the current on-call person.

For more difficult problems, the DRMS staff provides daytime support as well. If we can't fix an issue ourselves, their friendly staff can usually find a solution.

On-Site Support

On-site support is available for producers, technicians, and consultants. We cover first-time installation at no charge, and also provide on-site training, and troubleshooting for PCDART, PocketDairy, and Milking Machine Interface issues for a nominal fee.
