Vermont DHIA Delegates are elected at Annual Regional Meetings directly by and from the voting membership. Delegates are elected for a 1-year term and there are no term limits. The number of delegates and alternates are determined by the number of cows and herds within the region, as defined by the Vermont DHIA Bylaws.
